Patented air ducts and full-size heat exchange cores
Thanks to the EC fan and ducts, we placed a full-size heat exchange core in the
product. The full-size heat exchange core has a wider lateral flow path, which
provides a wider airflow area and thus reduces the flow velocity and extends the time
of airflow in the core to improve the heat exchange efficiency.

Heat exchange main unit is the heart of CyberVent VMC system,
which is not only the dynamic core but also the core of energy
recovery and recycling. In order to achieve efficient air exchange
while reducing energy consumption as much as possible, we
have specially developed three symmetrical systems (PITSS) for
power, impedance and temperature, which provides surging
power while reducing energy loss from the internal structure of
the unit, the docking method between the unit and the
subassembly, and the application design to achieve
unprecedented system energy saving. The mainframe adopts EPP
wrapped metal frame shell and is equipped with a special filter
element, all of which can make this powerful heart more durable
and long-lasting.

1. Power symmetry
German forward-facing EC fan
We used two German EMB most advanced EC fans in the heat exchange main unit
without reservation. These two EC fans are not only of the same type but are also
digitally calibrated to ensure that the inlet and outlet air ducts are proportionally
powered. This fan is an electrical commutation forward-facing drum-type double inlet
type. In addition to high intelligence, high energy saving, high efficiency, long life, low
vibration and low noise of EC technology, the fan also has a unique horizontal double
inlet duct, which, together with the heat exchange horizontal duct, allows a fuller
utilization of the exchange area of the heat exchange core. The high speed of 2650 and
the full speed of 920 airflow provide the CyberVent system with an exceptionally strong
aerodynamic performance. Abundant performance can easily overcome unpredictable
resistance increases in engineering, providing a performance foundation for aerodynamic
balance of the system.

3. Temperature Symmetry
As today’s cooling and heating systems provide customers with zone temperature control, in order to reduce energy consumption in
the actual use, it often makes the entire house have different temperatures in different rooms, and the temperature differences become
even greater in a particular period of time. Such temperature differences obviously reduce the recovery of heat energy reuse.
Therefore, we designed an electronically controlled air distributor that can match the HVAC system to have unified temperature
planning to truly achieve temperature symmetry. We set the air inlet and return of the VMC system in the same or similar temperature
zone as far as possible, so that the air return temperature would be retained by the heat exchange core for temperature compensation
of the inlet air flow. In such a system, the role of heat exchange core to reduce the temperature difference between the air outlet and
the air return is played out as much as possible, thus improving the heat exchange efficiency very significantly.

Although the heat exchange materials have been upgraded in recent years, the ERV and HRV heat exchange cores we used are currently the world's most
advanced materials, and the negative laws of physics for heat exchange cores still exist, i.e., the higher the excess air volume, the lower the heat exchange
efficiency. In addition, too much airflow can cause more noise and unnecessary energy loss. So we recommend to use zone intelligent control, and the air
volume can be used where needed and close some unneeded areas, especially in some sleep, leave and other special scenarios. The total air volume of the
system is reduced, which can not only improve the heat exchange efficiency, save energy, improve the air temperature, but also greatly reduce the noise.

2. Impedance Symmetry
Traditional VMC system only focuses on the symmetry of the duct impedance of the heat exchange main unit, without achieving complete system-level
matching, which makes the actual heat exchange efficiency far from the theoretical value. From the perspective of the whole system, we adjusted the air duct,
power compensation, duct path optimization, the final test conditioning of the whole equipment, and finally made the two-way airflow have the same air
volume in various gears, as far as possible to improve the heat exchange efficiency.

The heat exchange main unit adopts EPP wrapped metal frame shell, which is a classic design of
“soft wrapped hard”, so that the hard shell has strong performance of temperature insulation,
noise reduction and corrosion resistance. After installation, you may not even hear the sound of
operation, but this system can be used for your house for several decades.

The patented electronic distributor, directly connected to the heat
exchange main unit, delivers fresh air evenly to all areas. For CyberVent
intelligent control system, the air distributor is no longer just an
accessory, but an important part of the whole system. It is like blood
vessel of the human body, controlling every airflow line, and it receives
the strong airflow from the heat exchange main unit. Then it carries out
noise reduction with the reasonable flow guidance based on fluid
dynamics. It is delivered to each area by high-quality ducts with durable
EPP material, which is long-lasting and worry-free after installation.

CyberVent has its own patented zone control technology with 16 air
ducts, 8 of which are air supply outlets and 8 are return air inlets. The
airflow of each air port can be precisely adjusted by the touch screen
installed in different temperature zones. And in the process of adjustment,
the air volume of other air outlets is not affected.
Extend symmetrical design to air outlets
In order to thoroughly implement the symmetrical design, we designed
the air outlet of the electronic distributor to be connected in pairs with air
outlets on the top and return air at the bottom, which allows the pair to
keep the length and number of corners as consistent as possible on the
tube path. It also avoids the interconnecting pipelines at the distributor
interface.
Direct connection of equipment, smaller installation area and lower
noise
The special interface of our electronic distributor can be directly
connected with the heat exchange main unit without pipe, which can
directly reduce the installation area. At the same time, the EPP material
used on electronic distributor has very excellent noise reduction
capability, and can directly reduce the noise by 9dB.

Rated air flow of each room can be dynamically allocated to meet the changing
needs of life
Ordinary VMC system can only allocate the rated air floe in anticipation of the number
of occupants, and it cannot be changed after construction. However, with the change of
lifestyles, the number of occupants does not remain the same, and CyberVent
electronically controlled air distributor can redistribute the rated air flow at any time
according to actual demand to meet changing living needs.
The air pressure of each room can be adjusted to meet special needs
Positive and negative pressure ratio of the air supply and return air volume in the room
can be adjusted, and different rooms can be set as positive and negative pressure rooms

The air mixing valve on the air-mixing filter can control the proportion of
fresh air introduction, and there are five gears that can be adjusted.In the
season with large temperature difference indoor and outdoor, the air
mixing valve can be properly opened, so that after professional filtration,
part of the indoor air and outdoor fresh air mix and neutralize the heat, and
participate in fresh air bidirectional flow cycle. When the proportion of
mixed air is adjusted to 0% fresh air, the outdoor fresh air no longer
participates in the equipment air circulation, and the VMC system now is
equivalent to a set of central air purification equipment.

4 VMC purification modes to customize your air
AirProce achieves multiple modes of VMC system by technological

1. Bidirectional Flow Purification Mode
Whole house ventilation and purification, energy saving and consumption reduction
As the most commonly used mode of VMC, the bidirectional flow heat recovery mode can be a
long-term solution for various pollution problems such as indoor formaldehyde, allergen, virus and
carbon dioxide as well as exchange the energy between indoor air and outdoor air to achieve energy
conservation and emission reduction. In this mode, you can independently select the positive pressure
ratio of inlet air. For example, when the outdoor air is seriously polluted, it increases the positive pressure
ratio of air inlet to form a positive pressure environment indoors, so as to avoid the unfiltered intrusion of
outdoor dirty air into the room through door slots and window cracks.
2. One-way Mode
Solutions to resist the invasion of pollution and pursue more extreme cleanliness
As a rapid purification mode to deal with sudden indoor pollution, when serious indoor pollution source
such as cooking fumes, second-hand smoke and other human factors are generated, you can choose to
turn on the one-way flow return air mode to quickly exhaust the polluted air, and then resume the
bidirectional flow mode when the air quality improves. And vice versa, one-way flow mode can help you
deal with sudden air problems more efficiently.

3. Internal Circulation Mode

4. Single-zone Rapid Purification Mode

The CyberVent heat exchange mainframe
uses two German EBM forward-facing
dual-inlet EC fans as the system power

CyberVent has 16-channel air duct interfaces, each of
which with digitally adjustable air volume. The
supply and return air are compatible with 75mm
ducts. The supply and return air ducts are designed
with mirror up and down, making the ducts arranged
in pairs, which is easy for layout. Two air duct
cleaning windows are placed on the left and right
sides.
